How to return an item:

1. Submit a Return Request

Fill out the Return Request form above. After submitting you will receive an email showing that your Request has been approved and can send the item back to us.

2. Complete the Return Form

Fill out the return form that came with your order and make sure you include this in your parcel so that we can identify your order. 

3.  Send parcel back 

Your items must arrive back to us within 14 days from when you received the item.

Once your item has been received we will process the return and refund. You will be notified by email once the return has been approved and refund issued.
